Parvez Eliaas.

Bread N Wine offers the finesse of world cuisine sandwiches with the warm hospitality of a neighborhood café in the Upper East Side institution by Parvez Eliaas and. In  (2010/2011 Parvez owned a one star Michelin Star Restaurant (Shalezeh) Parvez also owns Bonjour Crepes & Wine and Persepolis Restaurant with Kazem Bayati, is located in the Carnegie Hill area, just steps away from Central Park, and caters to a cast of both New York City regulars and travelers seeking a taste of local flavor.
In 2001 to 2005, Parvez Eliaas worked at Café Boulud as Captain with Chef Andrew Carmelini where Parvez was inspired by modern and casual cooking and love of the new and old world wines. Later Parvez Eliaas Joined Persepolis Restaurant with Bayati  and successfully opened a new 2nd spot of Persian Restaurant with Kazem Bayati where Parvez and Kazem was awarded with a Michelin star.
In 2012 Parvez opened Bonjour Crepes & Wine and has been a favorite gem of the upper east sider. 
Here at Bread N Wine once again Parvez Eliaas has bring the best of the world class comfort food and flavors to the local food lovers.
